All our instruments are supplied with 3 year’s warranty. If your instrument develops a fault due to manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund. Cases, rotary bumpers, valve felts, string linkage and problems related to improper routine maintenance are not covered by warranty. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you, please inform us as soon as possible and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the instrument has not been used or handled.
For the purposes of this policy, any use of the instrument is considered handling, including playing or testing it, as we cannot certify the hygiene of the instrument once it has been used.
In the event of a return, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the original delivery charges, insurance costs appropriate to the instrument’s full value (as it is a high-value item), and any handling and processing fees.
The instrument must be returned properly packaged, using the original packaging or equivalent, and sent via a secure, tracked, and insured carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the instrument arrives back in perfect condition.
Returns will not be accepted for instruments showing any signs of use, handling, damage, dirt, or alteration of any kind.

We will deliver your goods within one week if in stock. If the item you have ordered is unavailable you will be notified of expected delivery date and it will be sent it as soon as it is available. You can always check availability by phone, or email before ordering.
Shipping will only ever be charged at cost.
If your goods are not delivered to you within 14 days of expected delivery date you must notify us immediately, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for the lost goods.
